The subject of this Master thesis is the urban planning study the revitalization of the central area of Sremski Karlovci. The concept focuses on customizing, designing and shaping of appropriate spatial units, their purpose, their functions as well as their interrelationship and their fitting into the overall urban context. Also, the study addresses the fact that some units should reclaim the urban integrity and contribute to the improvement and development.
